This is a dramatic oceanfront villa located on a wide secluded sandy 4-mile beach on the Mexican Pacific Ocean against a lush mountainous background approximately 25 minutes north of Ixtapa, 30 minutes from the charming fishing village of Zihuatanejo, and 40 minutes from ZIH International Airport
The property consists of the oceanfront 5 bedroom villa, a guesthouse and small cottage on 1.5 acres (6275 square meters) with 230 feet (70 meters) of beach frontage.
This newly constructed, three-story beach house covers 7300 square feet with 3200 sq.ft. of enclosed living space and 4100 sq.ft. of covered open terraces. The guesthouse is 1600 sq.ft. containing an apartment, garage and utility room. The small cottage contains a front room, half bath and the water treatment room.
Spectacular morning sunrises and breathtaking ocean sunsets are viewed from flowing glassed living, dining, and modern kitchen (with dishwasher) areas that open onto spacious verandas with many lighted ceiling fans.
Each of the five 400 sq.ft. oceanfront bedrooms are similarly designed and furnished with a king-size bed, four side tables, L-shaped sofa, an oceanfront soaking tub separate from the enclosed shower and lavatory, built-in desk, and ample closet and storage areas.
Additionally, all have both a covered ocean side terrace and a mountain view terrace. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned and has a microwave oven, mini-refrigerator, security safe, ceiling fan, dvd/vhs player and television.

The unique natural river rock swimming pool has an underwater bench around the edge with water jets. There are four small palapas, one large palapa, and several outdoor tables. The large palapa next to the villa is suitable for entertaining with a barbeque, hammocks, and a bar.
The guesthouse is a two-story structure. Upstairs is an 800 sq. ft. apartment with balcony, living room, full kitchen, full bath and a large bedroom with one king sized bed and two single beds. Downstairs is a garage with heavy decorative wooden doors and includes space for the large generator and storage. The generator is fully automatic and more than adequate to power the whole property. Also, downstairs is a utility room with laundry facilities, storage, water heaters, workshop and a half bath.
There are two large cisterns. One contains treated water, which comes from a deep well on the property. The other cistern contains untreated water from the neighborhood well that is used exclusively for irrigation.
