Zihuatanejo

Zihuatanejo Bay was once home to pirates raiding the Spanish shipping. Zihuatanejo has grown from a quaint fishing village to a thriving city of small hotels and fine restaurants.

On Playa la Ropa there are a number of attractive condominiums, homes, building lots and hotels available. Many of these properties have ocean views and all have easy beach access.

 

Troncones

Troncones Beach is our local success story. Home to a number of private homes, small hotels and bed and breakfast resorts, Troncones has a wonderful sense of community. The 3 mile sand beach, broken by a few rocky points, has become very popular with people who like the feeling of being away from town and the convenience of living just a half hour drive from the conveniences of a major tourist resort.

Lots on Troncones Beach are offered from $240,000 . An assortment of homes is also available. There are some popular bed and breakfast hotels and luxury homes currently for sale.

 

Pantla Beach

Pantla Beach has the nicest beaches in the area. Located between Troncones and Ixtapa, this beautiful sandy beach covered by mature palm trees has views of Ixtapa Island and the hotels of Playa Quieta.

Beachfront lots have been reduced to$169,500 for 1/4 acre lots with 20 meters of beach frontage with water, electricity, road access and transferable environmental permits.

 

La Saladita

La Saladita is a beautiful beach just 30 minutes from Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. This beach is growing quiclky and is home to one of the better known surfing breaks in the area.  Prices on 1/4 acre building lots just off the beach have been lowered to $45,000 US, other off beach lots are available at negotiable prices.

Ixtapa

The planned tourist resort of Ixtapa with it’s modern high rise hotels that was started in 1973 is reaching full flower as an internationally known vacation destination.

There are two beautiful 4 bedroom condominium offered for sale at Casa Bonita Ixtapa. A luxury 3 bedroom Ixtapa condominium with private pool in the finest secure development of the area is now offered at $598,000.

 

Larger Properties

Larger properties are available in Zihuatanejo, La Barrita and other nearby beaches. These real estate offerings run from one to over 1000 acres with beach, cliff, river and highway frontage. These large properties are suitable for development or a secluded private compound.
